Responsible for receiving, maintaining and returning of all samples.- Collaborating with Managing Editor, Art Director and Marketing dept on seasonal shoot schedule, concepts, planning and creating of monthly editorials, still-life / model photo shoots and creative content.- L​iaising with buying teams with regards to stock holding, sales performance, samples, delivery dates, and exclusive collaborations ahead of each creative content shoot.- Presenting all concepts, storyboards / moodboards, creative direction, styling and product selections to stakeholders / CEO for final sign off.- Ensuring shopability for all product included in shoots by liaising with the buyers and merchandising team on deliveries and Dubai / London studio teams on shoot turnarounds.- Monitoring and developing the overall style language across all channels. C​reating inspiring, yet commercially viable looks for all RTW/ accessories- Creating seasonal style guideline documents for use as a reference and training tool, across all channels, rolled out globally.- Ownership of all model castings, ensuring all aspects relating to model (posing, h&mu, and image selections) are aligned with overall brand DNA.- Managing the Dubai studio team remotely, ensuring all styling is of a consistently high standard.
