Proactive and highly motivated researcher specializing in green energy storage, currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at CIC energiGUNE on the European project HEATERNAL. My work focuses on industrial waste heat recovery using ceramic bricks encapsulating metallic phase change materials (PCMs). This involves the synthesis and characterization of metal alloy PCMs using advanced techniques such as induction, blowtorch, and vacuum furnaces. My expertise spans X-ray Diffraction (XRD), in situ XRD, mechanochemical solid-state synthesis, CO2 absorption measurements, Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and other thermal characterization techniques.Previously, as a Ph.D. candidate at Curtin University, I specialized in the synthesis and characterization of advanced materials for thermal battery applications. I was honoured with the Australian Institute for Nuclear Science and Engineering Postgraduate Award in 2021 and the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship in 2019. My research involved investigating metal carbonates for high-temperature and high-pressure applications using carbon dioxide or hydrogen.Throughout my academic and research career, I have developed a diverse set of technical skills and gained extensive hands-on experience with advanced analytical techniques. My work is driven by a passion for sustainable energy solutions and a commitment to contributing to the field of green energy storage and industrial heat recovery.
