Responsible for accurate fulfillment and creation of commercial documents required.• Processing the shipping of UBC admission acceptance packages for newly admitted international undergraduate students anticipating their letter.• Entering and updating prospective student biographical and contact information into ISI’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.• Respond to general prospective student email inquiries as assigned by full time ISI staff.• Assist with data collection and analysis on various systems (CRM, JIRA, Excel) used by the ISI Logistics team.• Assist with inventory management of materials required for ISI recruitment trips; ensure adequate supply of inventory available for distribution.• Work on various projects and other tasks outside main responsibilities as requested by management.• Participate in weekly team meetings and bi-weekly 1-1 meetings with management.• Provide continuous feedback on work processes and participate in regular process improvement initiatives to establish new best practices.
