Working across both B2B and B2C clients, I run the social media department at 438 servicing all of our client's social media needs from organic content plans to strategic planning, campaigns, paid social and more. - Develop effective strategies to make sure our B2B and B2C client's marketing goals are being met.- Devise monthly and quarterly social media content plans across multiple clients and multiple social platforms both at a strategic and an operational level. - Write, develop and implement all copy and content to be used across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. - Liaise with clients and Account Managers on a daily basis.- Collaborate on larger, brand campaigns. - Manage a digital account exec, offering support and providing social media expertise for both clients and the wider agency. - Regular analyses and reporting of accounts with suggestions for ways to improve.-

• Plan, create and schedule weekly and monthly social media posts and campaigns for all of Tatton’s social accounts with consistent increases in engagement on Facebook and Twitter and a 95% increase on Instagram since 2019• Regularly design and produce print material including posters, banners and onsite signage• Manage, design and write email marketing campaigns sent out monthly to over 30,000 contacts• Successfully tripled email contact database since 2019 through cross promotional marketing, targeted newsletters and the implementation of new website sign-up forms• Introduced video content to Tatton’s marketing team - planning, filming, editing and producing video content for all sections of the estate for use on social media and the web • Liaise with third party events including RHS Flower Show, The Luna Cinema, Foodies Festival, Morton’s Classic Car Shows and more to coordinate marketing support (promote events through social media, liaising with organisers, uploading events to website and newsletters) within Tatton’s annual marketing plan• Work closely with designers, printers and distributors to create and deliver seasonal What’s On leaflets, on-site attraction leaflets and annual tourist leaflets to promote Tatton on-site and regionally• Increase traffic to Tatton’s website by creating, optimising and uploading content regarding seasonal campaigns, annual events, seasonal newsletters and core attractions using a CMS• Assist the Marketing Manager with general administration and maintain budget records

• Assist with creative decisions in event spaces at the Tatton Park Mansion and grounds• Liaise with events team and catering companies • Direct guests to event areas, seats and parking• Point of contact between guests and event management team

• Plan and publish daily and weekly scheduling for social media platforms including planned and scheduled ads• Create and distribute flyers and posters throughout Tatton Park’s grounds• Write copy for website landing pages, social media campaigns and upcoming event notices• Assist in updating the Website for all event listings using basic CMS
