Recruits, screens, and enrolls subjects for phase 1-3 studies.Obtained Informed consent forms from subjects.Conduct clinical visits according to GCP/ICH guidelines.Responsible for collecting data and performing clinical procedures on subjects, including, but not limited to, subject dosing, vital signs, ECG's, administration and collection of subject's questionnaires and diaries.Perform data entry into case report forms.Create & Maintain source documents.Responsible for collecting Adverse Events to the Investigators and Sponsor.Responsible for drug accountability for subject's investigational product.Obtaining and Processing Lab specimens.
