These sources are designed to reach a high throughput of various substrates, to efficiently and adequately deposit thin films. My task is to research the various challenges involved in plasma homogeneity and plasma-substrate interaction.

As production engineer I am responsible for a seemless interaction between the manufacturing and the engineering departments.
