Platinum Media Consulting is a creative agency specialising in print and digital media. We work both with clients and independently to produce a range of consumer and business-to-business magazines and papers for UK and international markets.

GloTIME.tv is a new startup online multimedia channel, headed by Sylvia Anderson (of Thunderbird fame). I developed, launched and managed the channel, which was created to showcases new talent and also to serve as a platform to launch Sylvia's new family science fiction show "The Last Station" (which I also helped project manage). I am also in charge of subscriber database management.InfomercialsFour years ago me and one of the sales managers created a new revenue stream for the company - INFOMERCIALS. These were Flash micro-sites which we would showcase on our At Home site, all designed by me. This was a successful product which, when sold together with a print / online advertising package increased the value by thousands of pounds.Celebrity VideosEMP publishes a range of lifestyle magazines, from parenting to health and fashion. There is always a celebrity guest editor which we feature with our own photo-shoots. I approached the editor with the idea to record a short interview for the website. Edited by me, these videos were used to promote the brand, the sale of the magazine and it also added extra credibility for the sales department.Tech SupportI have always enjoyed helping people, I also have a deep understanding of both Mac and PC software and hardware, when a job opportunity opened up in tech-support I was put forward as the ideal candidate. Bringing the technical support in-house has not only saved the company money but also increased productivity, as problems were dealt with more quickly and efficiently.

I was in charge of the concept, design, and marketing for a range of Official Harry Potter Merchandise.I designed a range of 5 hanging display cases, each one depicting a different aspect of Harry’s first year at Hogwarts.The first thing I had to do was read the books then I had to pitch my design ideas to the Managing Directors. I then had to design demos which needed to be approved by the Warner Brothers licensing department as well as J.K. Rowling’s management.
