First working as an IT technology architect (as defined in OIO-EA) with responsibilities for Client platforms. I was responsible for planning and designing the university client services and bringing the solution to life together with other parts of the organization. As part of my receptibility as an architect was to also contribute to large scale strategic projects. I was later asked to be part of the support leadership team, where I helped draw the lines of the organization, around tired it support and methods for knowledge management (inspired for KCS). Before formally being given the leadership of our team responsible for Windows and MacOS client management as well as tier-2 support for LOB Applications and general software.Our team was built around the values of Kanban, and In joined effort, we were able to standardize large portions of the services and create further improve the status-quo. A large part of our work involved building strong ties with both the tier-1 support and application management teams. To make sure the right information is flowing between teams. As part of our work, we build tools to help first-line support easily diagnose and fix common issues and build a large knowledge bank of common information target specifically towards applications managers. Kanban was instrumental to our success, visualization made sure we were always were on track and could easily reorder our priorities.

As a PhD student I was employed to preform both teaching and research tasks, while receiving training from experienced researchers. My primary researching area is real-time model checking techniques with specific interests in discrete time properties and model transformation for timed Timed automata and petrinet net models. Most of my work was done in collaboration with my thesis advisers Professor Kim G. Larsen and Assosciate Professor Jiri Srba. As part of my research work I was a co-founder of the verification tool www.tapaal.net. An editor, simulator and verification tool for timed-arc Petri Nets. In addition i also worked and made contribution to a number of different verification tools, including Uppaal and the opaal-modelchecker.com. As a teacher, I supervised four groups of bachelor students, writing there theses within the area of formal verification. I supervised first year project, giving not only technical supervision but guidance in project work, process and collaboration. I also gave a introduction level programming course in Java development. My PhD thesis I still unfinished.
As a volunteer i have been leading a 4 person crew responsible for all IT related systems at the association. We provide basic IT services for about 1100 members of the association.
