First working as an IT technology architect (as defined in OIO-EA) with responsibilities for Client platforms. I was responsible for planning and designing the university client services and bringing the solution to life together with other parts of the organization. As part of my receptibility as an architect was to also contribute to large scale strategic projects. I was later asked to be part of the support leadership team, where I helped draw the lines of the organization, around tired it support and methods for knowledge management (inspired for KCS). Before formally being given the leadership of our team responsible for Windows and MacOS client management as well as tier-2 support for LOB Applications and general software.Our team was built around the values of Kanban, and In joined effort, we were able to standardize large portions of the services and create further improve the status-quo. A large part of our work involved building strong ties with both the tier-1 support and application management teams. To make sure the right information is flowing between teams. As part of our work, we build tools to help first-line support easily diagnose and fix common issues and build a large knowledge bank of common information target specifically towards applications managers. Kanban was instrumental to our success, visualization made sure we were always were on track and could easily reorder our priorities.

My primary work ares are Client Management and Server Management for Windows.I been the front person in implementing a client/server management solution for the IT department using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Configuration Manager: * OS installation * Software update * Software packaging and deployment * Automation of tasksRemote Desktop Services and Remote App * Design and Implementation * Design of delicate remote solutions to solve comparability and security issuesActive Directory * Debug and Configuration * Group Policy configuration

As a PhD student I was employed to preform both teaching and research tasks, while receiving training from experienced researchers. My primary researching area is real-time model checking techniques with specific interests in discrete time properties and model transformation for timed Timed automata and petrinet net models. Most of my work was done in collaboration with my thesis advisers Professor Kim G. Larsen and Assosciate Professor Jiri Srba. As part of my research work I was a co-founder of the verification tool www.tapaal.net. An editor, simulator and verification tool for timed-arc Petri Nets. In addition i also worked and made contribution to a number of different verification tools, including Uppaal and the opaal-modelchecker.com. As a teacher, I supervised four groups of bachelor students, writing there theses within the area of formal verification. I supervised first year project, giving not only technical supervision but guidance in project work, process and collaboration. I also gave a introduction level programming course in Java development. My PhD thesis I still unfinished.

As a volunteer i have been leading a 4 person crew responsible for all IT related systems at the association. We provide basic IT services for about 1100 members of the association. We use a mix of Windows and Unix/Linux based systems. As part of my work in been in charge of in-house development projects and working with external contractors. As we are a relatively small crew, I been working hands on in the technical implementation in several projects.Applied technologies: Windows Server, ISS, Ubuntu Linux, Merak Mail Server, Typo3, MySQL, ASP / PHP programming, MS Access databases, dokuwiki.

Bigwheel I/S is a software development company based in Aalborg, Denmark, and was founded in 2012 by four like minded individuals. At Bigwheel we love to develop software, that solves real world problem. We strive to develop simpler software. Software is not about the software itself, but about its everyday users. Bigwheel was started as while all four partners has permanent positions, and is somthing we are working on in our spare time. As CEO i have been responsible for planning, project management and economy and taxes, as well as working on our projects .

A small freelance hosting company focusing on providing cheep and reliant web hosting of Typo3 and Wordpress. The company was created due to a lack of professional discount hosing providers for the platform. My main responsibility is in design and implementation of the platform. The main challenge was to create a low cost and easy management platform, while preserving a high level of security. The platform is implemented using several open source technologies. Applied technologies: ubuntu, apache, KVM, llvm, virt-manager, ufw, iptables

I was part of a team (Junta) with the IT-department at Department of Computer Science - Aalborg University, working with with server and network administration, IT support for staff and students and development and maintenance of software.For a short period I was working for the Study Board for Natural Sciences responsible for implementing a typo3 based website for the study board. Applied technologies: Linux, Red Hat Enterprise, SUSE Enterprise, Windows, Unix, OpenSSH, Shell scripting, Apache, MySQL, Nagios, Typo3, dokuwiki, LaTeX, etc.

During my education at Aalborg Universty I have been a member of the educational study boards, first the G-Study board (basis education) and later the F-Study board (Natural Sciences). The study boards are responsible for the planing and evaluation of the university educations.As a part of this work I also was appointed member of DatUG, a group work with improving the Computer Science education at the university.

The IT thin thank in Frederikshavn Kommune (frederikshavn municipality) worked with development of the IT strategy and development of the municipality, and adviser for the city council in IT related affairs.
