Responsible for developing and managing Skills Development portfolios for SME and large enterprises of various industries and sectors and supporting new business revenue for Gestalt and other group companies with in, Working as part of a dedicated consulting team planning and implementing strategic Skills Development strategies to maximise the BEE.

• Key Responsibilities
• Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
• Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
• Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
• Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell integrated search and affiliate proposition.

• Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of assets – Managed, maintained and supported the reliability of the systems, equipment, properties and assets in the facility.
• Managed contracts, contractors, and procurement functions and provided support for the facility’s budget.
• Maintained and operated the facilities – Managed resources including budget, maintenance and cleaning staff, contractors, consultants and finances.Duties:

• Assisted and guided the contractors in completing the tenders and managed the projects assigned.

• Equip trainees with the skills needed to maximise every sales opportunity, with a professional and consistent approach
• Conduct training needs analysis with the call centre through assessments, prior training interventions and supervisor feedback.
• Design, develop and implement training needs analysis initiatives
• Identification of any training gaps and needs based on the reports from Quality AssuranceEngaging with key role players within the call centre to identify further training needs and gaps.
• Discover ways to increase performance in the live environment
• Providing reports on identified training gaps and needs.

• High volume outbound telemarketing to clients of major South African banks: First National Bank (FNB), ABSA, Nedbank and Standard Bank
• Selling short term insurance policies and upgrading client’s current policies in the call centre environment.
