CurrentMicrosoft Fabric (2024 - present)Dynamics 365 Marketing (2022 - 2023)- My focus centered on implementing frontend features and cloud backend platforms for model-driven applications in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Segmentation. Utilizing background jobs, Azure Synapse Analytics and Dataverse Azure Synapse Link, I worked on enabling near real-time updates of live marketing segmentations using extensive big data resources. I collaborated with internal partner teams to establish cross-team data synchronization pipelines and enable hundreds of thousands of segment query executions daily. My role involved designing and implementing cloud platform features, effectively managing complex workstreams across cross-functional teams, negotiating priorities with partner teams, facilitating multi-team problem solving collaboration, and implementing risk management and strategic integration approaches. Azure Supply Chain Platform (2020 - 2022)- In this role, I focused on designing and implementing critical features in the Open Supply Chain Platform (OSCP) as we delivered our first set of private preview APIs. I led workstreams of onboarding customers and partners to OSCP, and evolving the platform's digital twin models. Notable achievements include developing the platform's authentication service, onboarding the platform’s first Resource Provider and Azure REST API to Azure Resource Manager, leading integration efforts with external partners to showcase end-to-end cross-platform features to Microsoft's leadership team, collaborating closely with customers and partners to align OSCP's evolving offerings and customers' business requirements, and spearheading initiatives to redesign our microservices structure to an event-driven, highly scalable, and extensible model.Azure DevOps (2017 - 2020)
