- Fully managed the ticketing project of the FIFA U-20 World Cup Korea Republic 2017 from pre-event preparations to post-event reporting for 52 matches in 6 different venues- Distributed over 430 thousand tickets (including 4,600 VIP & hospitality tickets), sold over 396 thousand tickets, and generated over $4.4 million (￦5 billion) in revenue- Translated (English – Korean) over 10 contractual agreements between FIFA & LOC. Enforced and implemented FIFA policy by monitoring relevant business activities and providing guidelines.- Integrated various stakeholders including 6 host city governments, 6 FIFA Partners & 6 National Supporters, foreign embassies and KFA into collaborative promotion for the competition- Collaborated with video contents creators “Shoot for Love” to promote competition via YouTube and Facebook.
