It demands an intensive concurrent engineering and integrated product development. The microturbine's critical components operate under extreme conditions of ultra-high speed, thermal, and mechanical stress, involving complex fluid dynamics and combustion physics, all of which necessitate special alloys, high-precision machining, and accurate rotor balancing.Since embarking on this journey, I've had the great pleasure (and pain) of traversing all the known stages of innovation. It began with building mathematical models from scratch, followed by iterative cycles of manufacturing, testing, and re-engineering.
