Kristen has been in the staffing industry for 16 years. Her staffing career began with Olsten Staffing in 1995, and then on to TPI Staffing, Inc. from 1996-2001. In her career, Kristen has held roles in staffing, recruiting, and implementation of Performance Partnerships. Kristen started with CORESTAFF in 2001 as a Service Manager over Performance Partnerships. She is now Director over numerous Performance Partnerships and plays a dynamic role in the day to day operational success for both CORESTAFF and their clients. Kristen draws from her experience and employs quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction. She leads internal staff members and manages a large contingency of contractors and temporary associates. She has been a key player in CORESTAFF accounts for the past 10 years and continually works to improve business relationships.Kristen's philosophy to service is that she is truly an extension of her customers human resources department, and her goal in serving her customers is for them to clearly see the value she and CORESTAFF bring to their contingent labor programs.
