Having been one of the founders of Best Homes Canada, Trimark Real Estate Pakistan, and PAXA Corp (Pvt) Ltd in Pakistan...all construction/real estate companies, I am intimately familiar with setting up new companies in this sector and expanding the new company into a viable entity. As one of the key owners, I have personally handled all aspects of this industry from structuring of the vehicle/holding company, to taxation issues, legal matters, approvals, pre-qualification/enlistment, contracting, construction management, land acquisition, land development, costing/estimation, marketing/sales, managing of consultants (engineers, architects, materials testing, etc), finance, investor relations, public relations, government/city/region relations, etcCEO of PAXA Corp (PVT) Ltd, a civil works contractor registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and actively developing infrastructure throughout Sindh and Balochistan. Our clients include well known mining companies, development agencies such as Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), government departments such as the Port Qasem Authority (PQA), and major contractors such as The Frontier Works Organization (FWO) and The National Logistics Cell (NLC), PAXA Corp has established itself as a prolific and reputable contractor within a very short period of time. My goal is to widen our sphere of activities to include all aspects of the industry from marine works, to airports to dams, canals and other infrastructure. A further objective is to expand the company to the GCC, Africa, Central Asia and North America.
