- Leading the global consulting team in RNA Analytics and RNA Consulting- Lead IFRS17 implementation projects for life and non-life insurers in Korea (PM)- Lead ALM, hedging and other porjects for insurers- Accounting and actuarial consulting serives (IFRS, IFRS17, US-GAAP, Solvency II, ICS, etc.)- Presentations and/or seminars on IFRS17 implementation for regulators, life & non-life insurers, Institute of Actuaries of Korea, etc. - RNA Financial Academy (CEO)

- Has performed various IFRS4 Phase II projects internally as well as with Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) and Korean Academy of Actuarial Science including the field testing.- Has performed product profit testing and review of new & revised products with assumptions- Has performed a special project of “Research on the improvement plan for the insurance industry profit” - Has participated in FSS task force team for IFRS4 Phase II and Statutory Accounting Principles- Has contributed to Institute of Actuaries of Korea (IAK)’s becoming a full member of IAA (International Actuarial Association) in October 2013 (Worked with chairman of IAK)- Has organized the 50th anniversary of the founding of IAK as team leader for the special working group- Has won the achievement award from IAK in December 2013- Has published a book of “IFRS4 Phase II” with FSS in February 2014 and got the achievement award from FSS.

- Performed various financial and actuarial consulting such as IFRS 4 implementation projects, Solvency II and RBC, insurance strategy consulting, GAP analysis for launching new long-term business for non-life insurance companies, experience study, etc.- Performed various advisory work for other financial institutions like bank, security companies and asset management like financial instrument and/or pension- Set-up a starting company of Samjong KPMG Actuaries Inc. and managed all the related work as well as providing consulting to clients (The firm has grown to the largest firm in Korea)- Participated in various industry task force team like FSS IFRS 4, EV, etc.- Worked with 30 – 50 consultants and admin staff members

- Participate in the research group where officials from financial institutions and professors discuss retirement pension issues.- Presented International Accounting Standard 19 (Employee Benefits) and related tax issues in the seminar of the Group.

- Prepared US-GAAP reporting including K-GAAP and/or local reporting- Initiated and set up the internal accounting control system (K-SOX) and monitored US-SOX- In charge of all the finance and accounting functions in the company (leading 12 staffs)- Managed investment activities- Communicated to HO/RO regarding various finance & accounting issues- Drew up various internal procedures and/or SOP’s
