I am a professional with 10 years of experience in ethics & compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. My experience includes both building from scratch and further continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance program.Having a primary country level role, I had opportunity to be responsible and support several countries, lead and participate in regional-level values related projects, as well as take a 1.5-year assignment as an Ethics & Compliance Program Manager in a global division. It gave me unique experience and opportunity to understand business, needs and risks comprehensively from both local and global perspectives. My current responsibilities cover key program elements of the Ethics & Compliance framework including shaping of values-driven culture, policy/SOP drafting and advisory, corporate governance, monitoring, risk assessment, corrective and preventive actions, due diligence, training and coaching of employees and third parties.Being a member of the country leadership team and strategic business partner for the organization, I promote an ethical and risk-based approach in decision-making.
