Origin Story: Six years ago, Elon Musk asked Josh Dahn, the Creative Director of Synthesis, to start an experimental school with him at SpaceX.The goal was to develop students who are enthralled by complexity and solving for the unknown.Synthesis is the most innovative learning experience from that school. It is designed to cultivate student voice, strategic thinking, and collaborative problem solving.Until recently, Synthesis was only available to a handful of SpaceX families. - 800+ teaching hours in group and private lesson settings, helping middle and high school students develop, draft and revise analytical essays- Piloted and developed Life Coaching curriculum, now second most popular service offered in group lessons- Coordinating recruitment, interviews and orientation of new tutors
