- Leading the design and implementation of a holistic ERP system using Airtable, encompassing CRM, project management systems, invoicing through Stripe, various SaaS integrations, and UI/UX design.- Streamlined operations through robust order/account management, creation of customized operational views and financial formulas.- Facilitated data-driven decisions and insight generation by developing automated reporting tools, enhancing overall business intelligence.- Improved communication and efficiency by introducing automated email/Slack notifications, POS form designs, and integrating auto-linking across all key activities and interactions.

- Successfully built, managed, and maintained a complex media streaming service, achieving the seamless transfer of petabytes worth of data.- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of Docker container management through managing 100+ active containers concurrently. Executed and configured Ansible playbooks to automate server setup and management processes as well as Docker container deployment.- Administered multiple Ubuntu, Debian and Arch Linux dedicated servers, exhibiting adept understanding, and manipulation of various Linux shell commands and environmental elements. Developed various scripts using Bash and Python to streamline/automate internal processes in remote server environments.- Implemented Cloudflare, Traefik, and Authelia for robust network infrastructure involving CDN, DNS, reverse proxy, and authentication. Utilized Google Cloud Platform, Google Drive, and Google Admin tools to effectively manage user permissions, API quotas, and file storage.

- Played a significant role in generating over $200K in revenue and attracting an additional 80K social media followers within approximately four months. Strategically planned and nurtured the growth of Web3 driven communities, primarily using Discord and other social media platforms such as Twitter.- Assisted in crafting and implementing marketing, branding, and sales strategies with a primary focus on engaging and retaining community members. Managed the community's digital needs, including the development of custom Discord bots, data analysis, user onboarding support, and brand identity.- Proactively safeguarded communities against frequent common threats such as phishing attempts, social engineering, and malicious bot raids by advanced monitoring, permission structuring and security measures.

- Enhanced business operations by designing, automating, and optimizing workflow processes, contributing to greater efficiency and productivity. Consulted on standardizing business model offerings and refining customer life cycle to improve customer experience, retention and acquisition.- Developed a sales representative system for an in-house street wear fashion brand, growing the team to over 40 individuals, augmenting sales and brand outreach. Created promotional materials, strengthening company branding and marketing efforts, and assisted in the formulation of content marketing strategies.- Spearheaded the orchestration of company events, taking on roles such as digital strategy, talent acquisition, and event-day management to ensure smooth execution.- Administered workplace technology and provided user support for a wide range of software applications such as Slack, Airtable, Gsuite, Shopify, Zapier and more, enhancing team collaboration and productivity.

- Consulted with brands, creatives, and small businesses on their digital marketing, branding and business operation needs. - Worked hands-on with several SaaS technologies for project management, CRM, lead generation, sales enrichment, and digital marketing efforts. - Built a personal network of over 20,000 people across social media, email and other digital channels through various content marketing and community building efforts such as 300+ short form articles centered around entrepreneurship, education, technology, health, and mindset.

The vision behind this project was to create a bridge between music and entrepreneurship through education, technology and community. Throughout my time working, the project iterated into several different forms, notably a beta launched MVP/application, a private community and a large amount of educational content. Being the single founder of the project, I had a wide range of responsibilities and roles to fill, both technical and business related.Technical experience:- Designed and developed an MVP style “SaaS” from various low code tools and platforms.- Worked with CSS, PHP, JS and jQuery while designing the UX/UI of the application via documentation and wireframing apps. Worked with MySQL, REST API's, webhooks, RSS feeds and automation platforms such as Zapier.- Ran an Ubuntu based server via Cloudways/Digital Ocean. Set up DNS, CDN & SSL using Cloudflare and Namecheap. Optimized SPF/DKIM records for transactional and marketing email via Intercom, SendGrid, and Mailchimp.Business experience:- Built a private community of 300+ artists through content marketing and community building efforts such as over 300+ “pieces” of educational content.- Strategized and created a scalable system for marketing and operations which was then integrated together through various martech and project management tools.

- Established robust collaborations with over 20 venues, promoters, and promotional companies, aiding in marketing and booking more than 100 diverse local, regional, and national acts across over 100 events. Cultivated business relationships with local brands, vendors, media representatives, and influential figures.- Conceptualized and branded several themed event series, notably 'Hip Hop Massive,' a local hip hop culture initiative that showcased more than 60 artists and sold 1,000 tickets.- Orchestrated monthly youth "nightlife" themed events for a newly opened venue, The Green Room, drawing up to 400 attendees on average and tapping into a unique untouched market.- Developed and managed a dynamic street team of over 20 members tasked with executing physical promotions within the greater Charlotte, NC area. Led comprehensive social media campaigns for events across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.
