Courses and achievements as the Bariatric and Metabolic Nurse Coordinator:- Completed external bariatric attachments in Singapore General Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, National University Hospital, and overseas attachment (HMDP) in USA, Ohio, Cleveland Clinic.- Spearheaded several major project including: o Producing different bariatric counselling format to cater patient at different stages o Planned and execute public forum o Organized support group activities and outings o Created bariatric brochures o Created and setup new bariatric workflow for outpatient to inpatient settings o Created several bariatric initiative and presented at conferences in Japan and Dubai- Due to organization needs, I was trained and assigned to cross-cover colorectal, wound team services, hepatobiliary and emergency department.Main highlights of my involvement and contributions:- Basic cardiac life support instructor since 2016- Innovation nursing council committee o Awarded the best innovation council member in 2018- HSEU Union committee o Handling staff grievance cases o Organized staff / member outings and activities- Organizing committee for the Changi General Hospital Dinner and Dance 2018- Set up and work in the covid ward for 16 months- Coded several excel spreadsheet for roster making and data analysis and collection

My main roles and responsibility is to improve maintain the medical center standard of care, educating and mentor new staff, follow sickbay rounds.Learning to deal with inmates is my greatest challenge, as I must be tactful when speaking when providing medical services to them.During the midst of taking over medical service from my previous company, using my analytic and problem-solving skill, created numerous new workflows and processes, which not only save vital manpower and time but also increase efficiency, safety and productivity.
