Roles & Responsibility- Understand and analyse the client’s infrastructure, current and future business needs and identify the business requirements that affect the business/application architecture and provide solutions that mesh into the overall architectural vision.- Performing consultancy services including Proofs of Concept.- Design and Develop the architectures capable of reaching maximum levels of availability, efficiency, scalability and security required.-Present solution ROI, Company's Business Value Proposition against competition to customer-Collaboration with other teams, partners, OEM’s Technical Solution Architects.-Manage the client consulting engagements with Project Scoping and Technical Architecture design responsibilities.-To be a customer facing role, and gain client credibility through solicitation of business needs and mapping these in a clear and concise manner to architect the solutions at both a business and technical level.-Assist clients and Sales team with design issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution.-Assist the Sales team with support of specific client project opportunities in a pre-sales capacity.-Assist Sales team by way of customer presentations and business development.-Provide technical presales support for Tenders & RFPs-Troubleshoot customer and internal project management issues and coordinate activities to resolution/closure.-Provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.-Maintain own technical skills in line with the development of new products in support of the Progress.-Provide periodic formal and informal information to the sales team on technology trends-Attend trainings and ensure completion of certifications as per the guidelines of the various product vendors for the team.-Develop the documentation of all the designs and architectures using design methodologies.-Handing over to the delivery team and assisting them post-closing of the deal.

Roles and Responsibilities:- To drive the INES (Intelligent Networking and Enterprise Security) presales activities in the respective region.- Work along with the sales and product marketing teams to build solutions in the respective product portfolios.- Coach and train the sales team to ensure achievement of product sales targets.- Keep updated on vendor, industry, technology, and vital product information. - Keep updates on competitive products and solution available from other vendors and help sales and product marketing in making the right positioning of the solution - Provide periodic formal and informal information to the sales team on technology trends- Attend trainings and ensure completion of certifications as per the guidelines of the various product vendors for the team.- Build strong and supportive relationships at all relevant levels within the vendor organization / customer community.- Develop the cross domain and services opportunities in corporate, geo accounts- Build case studies / white papers for successful implementation of solutions. Post at partner website, provided there is a buy-in / demand from the partner for the same - Develop as solution expert for one of the vendor/OEM relationships- Periodic meeting with line managers to keep them posted on all strategic developments.- Help in technical evaluation of new technology partners and solutions- Help in building sales collaterals for sales and marketing events.- Supporting marketing events like road shows, seminars etc...

Role & Responsibilities:- Overseeing Access Products like Cisco, Netscreen, 3Com, One Access, Maipu, Ruijie, CTC, Xavi, Teledata, Xnet, Cnet, Digital China, etc.- Designing and implementation of project according to customer requirement. - Guiding Marketing Division and Technical Team on technical subjects (pre-sales and post-sales).- Preparing compliance document and identifying product for bidding of government / non government tenders.- Making the BOM/BoQ for the tender.- Coordination with respective vendor for disconnected price to bid for the respective tender.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Managing the network of complete BSES Rajdhani and Yamuna Power Ltd. for Data, VSAT and Voice.- Installing, Troubleshooting, Maintaining the Avaya IP telephony system of BSES.- G 700 Gateways configuration, installation and maintenance (Remote Locations at all over Delhi).- Designing and Implementation of LAN and WAN across all offices in Delhi Region.- SCADA network infrastructure design and implementation for all 130 Grids in Delhi over VSAT & ISDN as backup.- Termination, configuration, installation and maintenance of Leased Lines from Reliance Infocomm, Airtel, MTNL on Cisco Routers.
