As a Support Manager, my main tasks were providing technical support and creating user guides. I assisted customers and resolved technical issues, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services.

● Creating an esports tournament platform for the CIS players of Heroes of Newerth, as well as a streaming service for watching esports broadcasts in the CIS;● Organization of PRO and non-PRO tournaments in Heroes of Newerth;● Organization of the CIS HoN Tour with a prize pool of over $70,000 (including the CIS final, which was held in Kyiv in 2014);● Operating activities in the CIS studio of Heroes of Newerth (Twitch and YouTube);● Creating a historical database on the game Heroes of Newerth: esportsearnings.com - entering data on HoN tournaments that took place in all regions (CIS, NA, Europe, and SEA) in the period from 2010 to 2015;● Travels to international HoN esports tournaments: accompaniment of CIS teams, photo/video reporting for the CIS community, and work with foreign partners.

● Managing Russian-speaking social pages for the games Heroes of Newerth and Path of Exile (VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and Steam);● Creating a series of YouTube guides and organizing an esports YouTube channel for Heroes of Newerth;● Organization a series of creative competitions for the community (cosplayers, moviemakers, and streamers);● Searching partners for social activities;● Advertising on socials (mainly VK)

● Organization of local DotA and CS 1.6 tournaments;● Photo and video coverage of WCG KZ 2011 Qual. and Techlabs KZ 2011;● Manager of the GoSu (ex-Rush) team in DotA and Dota 2. An important achievement of the team is the 2nd place at the OSPL Autumn 2011, where the team won $6.7k.

● Text reporting on DotA tournaments, including the last major tournament OSPL Autumn 2011;● Organization of non-PRO and PRO esports tournaments in Omega Sector computer clubs;● Organization of the Kazakhstan DotA Championship online tournament (4 seasons). A series of online tournaments with more than 100 teams each from different regions of Kazakhstan.
