KEY ROLES````````````````` Pioneered the NOPE Kenya Resource Mobilization docket that saw an over 50% success-rate in donor funding, from proposal writing and other fundraising activities. Steered organizational capacity development activities to local organizations by strengthening their institutional systems, earning them sub-grants in donor projects. Co-implemented the CDC-funded NPI-SHAP HIV/AIDS structural interventions that saw the economic empowerment and alternative livelihoods to key/at-risk populations. Provided TA in implementing sub-grantee activities of the USAID-funded HOPE project that promoted secondary schools HIV/AIDS “Peer-to-Peer” interventions. Led the technical wing of the NOPE Biennial Conference 2012 by reviewing abstracts, designing conference materials, fundraising, and supporting communication activities.
