The dynamic learning environment in academia has consistently motivated me. My research work in pharmaceutical science emphasized the value of interdisciplinary research, specifically focusing on the solid-state properties and challenges related to pharmaceutical ingredients. Understanding the significance of effective knowledge dissemination through cutting-edge technology, I actively contributed to the development of e-content and open educational resources.As an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at GIS Institute of Professional Studies, I successfully delivered courses in Physical Pharmacy, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Business Management, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence.As a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, I made significant contributions to organizing workshops focused on raising awareness about intellectual property rights and effective management strategies. Additionally, my role as a Project Manager and Solutions Architect at sysINT Consulting provided me with valuable insights into DAM systems, their functionalities, and the critical aspects of metadata tagging, version control, and access controls. Moreover, I developed a comprehensive understanding of MRM principles, encompassing campaign planning, creative collaboration, and performance measurement.Through my experiences, I have developed the foundation in DAM and MRM, complementing my interdisciplinary research background. I am trying to leverage my learned skills in these areas to optimize the management of digital assets, ensure effective metadata organization, and drive successful marketing resource allocation and performance measurement strategies.Throughout my career, I have garnered valuable insights into different aspects of project management, research, teaching, and marketing resource management. This multidimensional background enables me to approach problem-solving with a holistic perspective, understanding the intricacies and requirements of various stakeholders. With my proficiency in DAM systems, metadata tagging, version control, and access controls, I possess the technical expertise necessary to architect effective and efficient solutions.
