Coordinate College activities for The District, this includes but is not limited to College Fairs, College Visits and Instant Decision Days. Implement Naviance platform rollout, usage and upkeep for Plainfield High School. Seek partnerships with Businesses and Universities to expose students to post high school options. Track students interested in CTE (Career & technical Education) course to ensure students are on a career path of interest and growth.

Provide vision to the organization and expand the espirit de corps of members (i.e. membership benefits). Develop policies and procedures to continually grow the organization to be as effective and efficient as possible. Securing the Insurance for the organization, directing several committees and providing leadership training and support for membership and chapters. Event planning with a focus on marketing and brand recognition. Assist in the development of The Fraternity's Foundation and further establish the philanthropic endeavors of the organization. Inspire local officers to adopt standard, uniform business practices and plan annual operational calendars.

Utilizing The American School Counselor (ASCA) National model to address the needs of students within the three domains of academic, college/career, and personal/social development for all students 9 - 12. Responsible for creating a college going culture for all students as well as continuing the 100% graduation and college acceptance rate.Providing mental health support for students and connecting with parents to insure proper understanding of the college application process and the value of college. Utilizing the state mandate (N.J.A.C. 6A: 16-8.2) of The Intervention & Referral Service (I&RS) to provide students with service to ensure they become they most successful students they can be.

Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs. Implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social development for all students K - 8.Coordinator of the school's Intervention and Referral Services (I. & R. S.) team. Conducting observations of the reason for I. & R. S. requests, where possible, for information collection, remediation and follow-up purposes. Coordinating communications and plans for actively involving parents in the development and implementation of I&RS action plans N.J.A.C. 6A: 16-8.2 Providing insight (due to their close involvement with assigned cases) into decisions for either maintaining the current I&RS action plan, developing a new plan, terminating the existing plan or referring the case to the Child Study Team for further evaluation.Anti-Bullying Specialist which includes, leading the investigation of any reports of harassment, intimidation, or bullying, addressing situations involving bullying, and reporting on the investigations to administration.

Presents, markets and facilitates the dadventures fatherhood program curriculum. Provide community resources, referrals and support to fathers as needed. Periodic program evaluation, including session evaluation and data collection. Facilitate ongoing father and child activities. Collaborate with stakeholders within the target region as well as others that endeavor to service the needs of Fathers and children. This includes working with The Board of Education as well as the office of The Mayor to be able to serve underserved individuals.

Opened a middle school class for the district that educated and serviced individuals with Autism. Using ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) methods for classroom instruction and overall pedagogy while integrating students into a mainstream school setting. Charted discrete trial data to insure progress of students.

Responsible for the supervision of Information Center Staff which includes but is not limited to, writing performance appraisals, insuring that company policies are met, recommending further educational opportunities and assignment of daily tasks. Monitored the execution of production jobs on the mainframe (OS/390). Reported the status of job streams and equipment in the daily turnover logs. Controlled hardware devices using JES2 and MVS commands. Monitored the output Queue and rearchive jobs through TSO/IOF. Escalated calls and contact programmers when jobs ABEND or do not execute properly according to departmental procedures.
