Part-time job overseeing the Saturday Food Mart program where the hidden poor and others in need primarily in Douglas county are able to shop once or twice a month for groceries. The food is provided by local stores and the Food Bank of the Rockies. I interview potential clients for this program. I am also looking to work with area churches to enlist their participation in SECOR's Food for Thought program where 2 meals for the weekend are provided for primary and middle school children who qualify under the federal school lunch program.
