I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project and delegating tasks to the team as needed. Some responsibilities include Project design and drafting, construction documentation, facilitating bidding and negotiating, and construction administration. I forget to mention I also help train all new staff on programs and procedures for JSA, while managing all I.T. items and some administrative work.
