As an Operations Manager and Human Resources Generalist at KidWorks Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization that empowers at-risk children and families, I oversee the daily operations and human resources functions of the organization. I have been in this role for over five years, and I have more than eight years of experience in the non-profit sector.Some of my core competencies include employee life cycle, payroll management, vendor relationships, event coordination, and operations management. I also have skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Human Capital Management Software, and IT systems. Additionally, I hold certifications in Human Resources Management and Non-Profit Management from OneOC, a leading provider of training and consulting services for non-profits. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which will enhance my knowledge and skills in organizational development and performance improvement.
