We are trying to disrupt the educational model in the Netherlands by building a coding school for the young generation that is tuition-free, no diploma or tech skills needed, without teachers, in a peer-to-peer learning environment. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to maximize their talent! At Codam, I am• on a mission to share Codam's story to as many people as I can. This way, we can build the school up to 500 students from which 50% is women• Being the connector between students and staff - I'm the "go to" person for all the students, ensuring that nothing could stop them on their way to success• Making sure that Codam is a community-driven coding college where the students can grow in a safe but challenging environment.
