I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985 with a double major in Economics and History. In 1989 I completed my Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. I am admitted to Practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Western District of the Federal Court. I have of been in the private practice of law since 1996. I have been counsel for numerous small business and construction companies. I am familiar with American Institute of Architecture Contracting Forms. I have experience in land title review, election law, as well as criminal defense. I am a licensed Title Agent in Pennsylvania. I also am an arbitrator for the County Of Allegheny as a member of the Landlord-Tenant special panel. I am a Notary Public in Pennsylvania. As Bankruptcy and Business litigation attorney I have extensive familiarity in all aspects of Finance, Cost, and Accrual accounting, including forecasting, understanding and using Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Asset and Inventory based financing, and Comparative Benefit Analysis/ Net Present Value determinations. As a former Title Executive I have broad experience in all aspects of commercial and residential lending procedures and documentation. As a former educator, I take deep satisfaction in helping others gain new expertise and experiences.
