Prepare and organize the media meal room and press boxes and man accreditation table on game days. Provide support to the Vice President Communications and other staff in respect to community events, team appearances, season ticket renewals and video projects. Monitor email accounts and answer the phone and respond promptly to requests for different information. Represent the Belleville Senators in a professional manner within in the community and at games.

Schedule practices and games for all teams within the club. Plan and execute events and camps for our players and organize and manage volunteers if need be.
