As an educator I seek to be trans-formative. As an employee my focus is always to work towards excellence. As a person I desire oneness with my community, as I seek to build on every moment of my life. In the past I worked in the field of management, and presently I am an educator. As a field trainer I worked to improve numbers and overall customer satisfaction. This feat was achieved by training and coaching staff on proven methods that if performed correctly would ensure positive product awareness, company profits, customer satisfaction and job security as well as field promotion for all employees. Presently, I am an educator and much like before I work to improve the quality of performance, growth, and promotion of others. Today my stakeholders are 6th to 8th graders who can't wait to know more about the world we live in. Aside from the daily duties of lesson planning, differentiating, collaborating, and providing feedback to my students, I am excited to know much more. I am always seeking effective strategies as to how I can improved my own practices. Although, I am an educator, I remain an eager'ed lifetime learner.

Field Training ManagerGoldco Feb 2015 - Apr 2021Columbus, Georgia, United StatesCoaching staff: Provides continual support to staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. At each interval staff is provided with expectations relating to company policies, and objectives. These objectives are explained in a number of methods (i.e. training modules, classes, workshops, and employee meetings. Mentor-ship and Promotion Recommendation: Employees are evaluated monthly, with the opportunity to be promoted within six or twelve months. Mentor-ships are extended to employees who demonstrate leadership and possess company qualities as demonstrated in their work performance. Employees receive personal feedback, instructions, and accountability tracing charts to guide their progress toward promotion. Qualitative / Quantitative Maintenance: Each week I am task with visiting three to five locations within my region. Upon arrival I examine the location to ensure grounds are clean and properly maintained. Inside the facility is observed and notations are made where improvements are needed. Product quantity is then audited to ensure that numbers are within the proper margins and verified by store management daily.
