Upon promotion new duties included:• Project Management: Orchestrated and led a team of consultants and analysts in successfully managing medium to large-scale public-sector Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) audits. Directed comprehensive assessments to identify and address disparities within our client's staff and populations. Took charge of both policy development and intricate data collection and analysis processes. As a result, our efforts contributed to significant advancements in closing disparities and fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment for our clients and their diverse communities.• Business Development: Collaborated closely with MGT's Business Development Opportunity (BDO) team to develop and submit multiple successful proposals. Engaged in the creation of scopes of work, qualifications, and budgets, leading to the acquisition of competitive and lucrative contracts. Through this collaborative process, played a key role in securing over $1 million in new client revenu

• Research, Development & Innovation: Responsible for the design and implementation of methodologies in the emergent field of DEI Equity Audits. Responsible for designing large parts of the firm’s methodology including both qualitative policy analysis and quantitative data analysis. Resulted in a methodology that earned over $1.2 million in revenue in the first year.• Equity Audit Policy Analysis: Responsible for client facing policy analysis requiring careful review of client’s internal culture through the review of various HR documents, policies, and procedures. Identified critical threats to DEI and policies which could contribute to systemic inequities. Resulted in changes to policies in counties, cities, and other municipalities across the United States and abroad.• Equity Audit Data Analysis: Responsible for identifying data needed to fulfill client needs, collecting data from various sources, aggregating, cleaning data, and conducting various statistical analyses to answer specific research questions for clients. Resulted in the quantification of disparities through statistical analyses which allowed clients to adjust policies and practices to create more inclusive environments.• Community Engagement: Responsible for hosting community engagement with various stakeholders and facilitated discussion around DEI topics of interest to the client and community. Helped create a holistic understanding of clients and communities resulting in stronger recommendations and more targeted strategic planning.• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Planning: Partnered with organizations to develop comprehensive DEI plans which go beyond trainings and begins to investigate and address any systemic or cultural deficiencies within an organization and develop and implement strategies to address these findings.

• Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Planning: Assisted in the creation of a business plan that supports overall objectives (including culturally relevant strengths-based strategies that identify community-based organizations (CBOs) that provide social and economic justice for People of Color). • Assisting Stakeholders: Assist in providing stakeholders (e.g. business leaders, City of Seattle officials, community leaders, and nonprofit organizers) with high-end asset mapping strategies. Clearly articulates and explains how they can effectively operationalize each strategy.• Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Consultant Collaboration: Attending regular team meetings with fellow consultants. Participating in weekly and monthly communication and planning meetings. Led to superior level of communication cross-functionally among all consultants. • Diversity Equity & Inclusion Content Development: Developed culturally responsible toolkits that reflects the mission and utilizes Bulle Consulting’s equity driven core principles of serving CBOs. Led to a superior level of engagement with local nonprofits focused on equity, diversity, inclusion, and social justice.• Community Engagement: Responsible for being primary point of contact on executive team for multiple Community Based Organizations (CBOs) including Congolese Integration Network (CIN) and others. Ensures culturally competent community engagement with CBO and CBO clients, as necessary.

•Claims Management: Managing dozens of Labor and Industry Claims concurrently. •Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 50+ accounts at a given time (e.g. small, medium, and large firms).•Litigation Support: File and Litigate Appeals to the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. Personally handled dozens of appeals in front of Administrative Law Judges (ALJs). •Scheduling | Firm Administration: Manages the master Litigation Schedule for the firm. •Research: Fully competent to research core elements and statutory law related to cases (e.g. Westlaw, LexisNexis).

Responsible for assisting general manager with duties including: Ordering, hiring, custom cake orders, storage organization, till and safe management, and personnel management. Regular duties include: serving ice cream, making cones, baking baked goods, and opening/closing shop.
