With over seven years of dedicated experience in academic administration, I am anchored in a mission to streamline educational operations at Mt. San Antonio College. My expertise lies in budget management, meeting coordination, and serving as a liaison among stakeholders, ensuring that our institution's values of inclusivity and excellence are always upheld. My role demands a nuanced understanding of public administration principles, which I leverage to enhance our institution's effectiveness and foster a collaborative culture.Currently, as the Administrative Assistant IV to the Dean of Instruction, I exercise independent judgment and discretion in managing the Dean's calendar and coordinating vital committees, including Lab Parity, Student Retention and Outreach, and Guided Pathways. My responsibilities extend to acting as a bridge between the Dean, Department Chairs, and faculty—ensuring seamless communication and efficient meeting scheduling that supports our educational objectives and drives student success.
