In this role I work to support complex and general customer requests and enquiries while maintaining excellent record keeping and professionalism.

Working as a Line Manager within the PPI Complaints Department to a medium sized team. I help to assess processes and relay changes to staff, check the cases of Complaint Handlers whilst supporting and giving help to staff on the floor, and analyse and address training gaps.

Making decisions on PPI Complaints in an efficient manner; checking all customer details, completing Financial and Security checks before calculating and communicating the redress due to the customer. In this role I worked to target on specialised cases and regular cases as well as supporting others on both and creating training guides and hand-outs for new and existing staff.

After my contract ended I was approached by a friend to apply for a job on their team within RBUK; key suppliers to numerous shops and shopfitters around the country and internationally. I was also afforded the chance to take on an account management role as RBUK launched an online sister-store with a view to increasing internet custom that recently went live using the Amazon Dropship framework. In this capacity I was undertaking all the on-boarding project work with regards to Order Processing, testing the drop-ship EDI's that were to be used, communicating with parties from Amazon and relevant courier companies as well as internally with the different departments involved with the process, and detailing the actions needed to process and document all orders coming through the store. I was taken up on a three month contract with URBN and initially trained in the Ticketing and Goods In departments, within my first two months I was trained to use the RF Scanners and on several Picking/Packing departments. When my contract ended I was kept on further via Parity pay.

I started with Zenith having worked there before, In this role I proactively source candidates via job sites and advertisements, approaching people in public, as well as negotiating the council job seeker services. I arrange all weekly inductions and handle walk-ins. The nature of this role commands a harder level of work due to the roles we offer being commission; this coupled with Zenith's high staff turnover and reputation within Bedford it is a challenging position that I relish.
