Supported commercial Casualty claims, large loss earthquake litigation activity. Served as expert witness and person most knowledgeable at numerous trials. Supporting the Health Insurance line of business by conducted training, evaluating surgical claims for bundling/unbundling, reviewed claims for pre-existing and or Fraud, Waste and Abuse for the private and commercial medical policies, as well as Disability and Medicare Supplement policies. Served as the designated investigative liaison/lead for suspected fraud related to contestable life insurance, disability and health claims in the western region.
