Involved in quality checking and execution like Tiling, Granite works, Painting, Gypsum works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, Block work, plastering, different types of activities at site as per GFC & IS standards. Monitor the quality control indicators and alert sub-contractor, site engineers in cases of deviation and propose corrective measures to be applied.Conducting weekly Quality review meeting (PPT)Cross checking of quantities of items like concrete quantities, plastering area, etc.Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specification.Day – to- day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub - contractors.Checking plans and drawings for accurate construction and to avoid reworks.Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
