Recently I have moved VMD vendor master data team from last 15 months VMCOE (vendor master central of excellence) to help the requesters create vendor details as per the business requirement for diff ERP’s like ORACLE OSCAR, ORACLE PASCAL , S4HANA , DRESSER FLOWTECH, SAP P31 , and NON-STRATEGIC ERP’s .I had 28 months experience in P2PResponsibilities: Accounts payable, Invoice Processing, PO and Non-PO, Queue Management, Client Interaction, MIS Reports, Payments.➢ Processing invoices accurately and timely.➢ Preparing major Reports like Accuracy, Productivity report, and Vendor Reconciliation➢ Ensures that the payment of PO Invoice and Non-PO invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms.➢ Identifies Overdue Invoices and take on their payments without fail.➢ Invoice integrity to ensure prompt customer payment.➢ Allocation of work to the team members and effectively manages the inflow & outflow of Invoices➢ Performing quality Check to reduce internal errors and provide good quality to all our deliverables.➢ Effectively performs internal quality audit with accuracy of 99% without any escalations from the client side. ➢ Preparation of major Reports such as Accuracy and MR8M report➢ Perform FTMR report, sharing with the Clients and updating the status➢ Monitors teams shared mail box effectively and other queries are answered within SLA.➢ Supports team lead on preparation of daily & weekly reports.➢ Helps team in process improvement ideas to reduce TAT.
