My background includes serving as a customer service associate within a call-center environment, my responsibilities included handling gadgets deliveries, where I had to explain it’s progress to the customers, clarification and explanations of any bill disputes, purchasing of airtime and data and assistance with any network or technical issues experienced by a customer. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, cases lodged, delayed debit orders and delayed technical assistance).
