Preparation & Finalisation of Account- Preparation of P & L & Balance Sheet on monthly /Qtrly/Yearly with variance analysis- Timely closing of books of accounts- Analysis of departmental income & expenses5. Billing & receivables- Timely deposit of credit bills- Timely discharge of patients- Follow-up on receivables from panels- Follow-up on deductions made by panels6. Statutory Compliances- Timely deposit of TDS, VAT, Service Tax, PF, ESI ,Advance Tax etc- Filing of returns of above- Follow-up of re-licensing relating to hospital with concerned heads7. Inventory Management System- Control over slow/non moving items- Control over expiry medicines- Periodical physical verification- Analysis of consumption of consumable material8. MIS- Ensure all MIS reports for up line reporting are accurate & submitted within time- Analysis of MIS with trends- Budgetary Control- Cash management through Cash Flow Statements9. Account Payables- Timely payments to venders- Negotiation for rates/ discounts- Periodical reconciliation of vendors accounts- Follow-up on advance given to venders10.
