As an instructional designer, I believe the best place to access learning is where you are right now. Learning means more connections and more opportunities; that's why I love delivering content that's original, relevant, and perfect for the present moment. I started my career as a language instructor and curriculum developer, where I discovered that one of my strengths is combining technical training with practical applications. Like many people in the L&D field, I'm energized by upskilling and playing with new tools and tech, but the educator in me recognizes that the underlying tenets of how we learn and what motivates us remain constant.
