Passionate producer and PhD student at NATFA. In my company Rubecula.ltd we work on both commercial and non-commercial projects. My personal goal is to develop a community of professionals that can execute every media project with enthusiasm and quality. Since I come from the field of theatre - it might happen that I put too much stress on the team work but after all my believe is that every project requires individual approach. MA in UNESCO chair in Cultural Policy and Management and my topic is "Sustainable strategies and business models: The case of Film Production Companies on the Balkans"In the past I have worked for both private and state organisations. My experience is- 2 years lead position as head of PR and Marketing department for state theatre- 4 years of producing film productions- 2 professional puppet theatre performances as director- 2 years as theatre festival executive producer and organiser- more than 20 independent projects in the field of Culture. My education has prepared me for both research and practical career. My side interest is in new media and innovation, innovative solutions.
