• To make studying abroad plan for our clients, keep in touch with foreign universities by phone and emails and monitor the whole process and service the clients; • In charge of the study and student visa application and interview guidance for studying in the universities in the regions of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and United Kingdom;• To summarize materials by PPTs and training for new colleagues, record the training videos and make questions for examination.• Responsible for guiding the clients to prepare for related materials, making telephone follow-up on a regular basis in order to make sure the process goes well;• Using several systems, such like CRM system and OA system and supplying the excellent service for our clients;• Gave an overall consideration on company academic projects and achievements show and joined in academic resource development and summarizing;• Took part in planning and organizing company annual meeting for several times and acted as event staff in business unit competitions;• Organized the department morning conference for many times and made the conference records;• Charged for gift purchase in department afternoon tea weekly, chose activity subject and made the PPTs.
