  • Pt. Summarecon Agung, Tbk.
Program Leader Of Jakarta Brand Festival
Pt. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. Apr 2018 - Aug 2019
    Jakarta, Indonesia
I led one of the sub-events of Summarecon’s Jakarta Fashion & Food Festival (JF3), collaborating with GambaranBrand, a community of brand specialists, to organize the Jakarta Brand Festival (JBF). This event aims to create a concrete program for the development of local Indonesian brands, fostering their growth and sustainability while contributing to a healthy and ideal ecosystem. The objectives were executed in several phases and activities:In the initial phase, the GambaranBrand team opened participant registration within their community, focusing on three categories: food, fashion, and craft. Approximately 100 registrants were collected, from which 20 brands were selected.Subsequently, the JF3 team and GambaranBrand collaboratively curated the 20 brands, ultimately selecting 9 brands that qualified for further participation in the program. Simultaneously, the teams sought mentors; professionals with around 15 years of experience across various disciplines and industries. An ‘Accelerator Program’ was established, providing one-on-one mentoring for the 9 selected local brands. Mentorship covered six different disciplines: strategy, HR/organization, sales/marketing (both offline and online), operations/supply chain, product/service, and finance. The objective of this mentoring program was to enhance the business performance of the mentees.Throughout the four-month mentoring period, the JF3 and GambaranBrand teams divided responsibilities to support both mentors and mentees during all sessions. This ensured an ideal flow, allowing mentees to receive direct evaluations and feedback from their mentors, while also feeling motivated and gaining clear guidance to advance their businesses. The selected mentees were then given the opportunity to participate as tenants at JF3 during both the Fashion Festival and the Food Festival.
