General information:STA Logsitic is one of the leaders in the international cargo transportation. Started working in the company as an Analyst. After two months, I was offered to temporarily head the Sales Department. As a result, this position was offered on a permanent basis. At the time of starting work as a manager, there were 15 employees in submission. A one year later, the number grew to 30. Geographically, the teams were located in Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Vilnius.Responsibilities:- Setting and monitoring of tasks complition of the sales department- Establishment of business processes within the framework of the sales department f, as well as its interaction with other structures of the company.- Selection, hiring, adaptation and training of employees.- Implementation of various business projects (bringing new services to the market, development of new regions, etc.)- Dealing with key clients- Building an annual sales plan- implementation of the sales plan- Participation in the development of the company's strategy- Building the budget of the departmentAchivements:- Overcomplimentation of the department's sales plan- Reducing employee turnover- Restructuring of the department, which allowed to increase the work efficiency
