As a woman of color and a first-generation Southeast Asian American student (Cambodian/Vietnamese), I hope not only to see more diversity in these spaces but also to find more accessibility to mental health resources, especially as someone who grew up in small-town Missouri. Current research interests involve race and intergroup study, generational trauma, discrimination, and resulting mental health outcomes.
