I create and continually refine the Arctic Reservations suite of tools, which is the cornerstone for many tour operators and manages their marketing, reservations and customer relations. Every month, over 20,000 guests go on amazing adventures booked through Arctic Reservations, including rafting, camping, hiking, snowmobiling outings.

Using custom software development and technology consulting, I help businesses improve efficiency and better capture the benefits new technology has to offer - including data analysis, automation and more.
