Learning Outcomes Systems supports and creates an environment that provides exposure to STEM initiatives and activities that positively impact student perception, disposition, and interest in pursuing career fields and/or occupations in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Coordinate advocacy, educational policy, training and public education events and campaigns including town hall meetings, school board and state educational agency meetings throughout the state of Mississippi in support of improving learning outcomes by reducing and restricting the use of restraint and seclusion in schools and learning environments.

Provided quality instruction to K-12 students within the Jackson Public School System.

The center successfully provided a holistic and mindfulness empowerment model for persons within the Hinds County Judicial System who are eligible for diversionary services that include a matrices of chemical, emotional, health, and educational supports.

The Hinds County Justice Drug Court successfully provided judicially supervised treatment and other therapeutic services to eligible non-violent misdemeanor drug offenders by providing early intervention to Misdemeanor offenders to reduce recidivism.• Successfully lead in the administration, management, and coordination of all facets of the Drug Court and its day-to-day operations• Efficiently provided professional administrative assistance to the Drug Court Supervising Judiciary with regard to all aspects of the program• Administered and coordinated the treatment and probation services in compliance with all aspects of the program as legislatively mandated by the Mississippi Supreme Court, Administrative Office of Courts• Effectively forged, maintained, and sustained relationships with all stakeholders including legislatures, the Board of Supervisor's, the Steering Committee, Sheriff's Department, the District Attorney, the Public Defender's Offices, and other law enforcement towards ensuring the efficiency and accountability of the Drug Court Program • Worked collaboratively with all stakeholders including venture, community, and legislative partnerships as it relates to acquiring and appropriating Drug Court funding, designing and implementing policy, and executing the ten key components of Drug Court

A grant project to evaluate, arrange, accession, preserve and catalogue damaged manuscripts from the Martin Luther King, Jr. Collection

Provided a Academic instruction in a Liberal Arts Course designed for first year incoming students, bibliographic instruction on end-user technology/research, acquisitions and collection development for the Education Department 
