I am a graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science. I got my Associate's Degree in Communication at Santa Barbara City College. I have been working since I was 16 years old. My first job was a cook at KFC, then a brand representative at Abercrombie & Fitch and I have had over three years of experience with Verizon Wireless as a Sales Representative. I also worked at AppFolio Inc. as a Customer Care Representative and grew my way into my current role as a Customer Training Manager where I train Property Management Companies on how to successfully utilize our software for their business. I love to learn new skills and challenge myself each day. My job experience and the knowledge gained from my education has helped me to grow to who I am today and who I strive to be in the future.
