• In charge of the on-boarding of new sub-fund (launch, merger or transformation), coordinating the relevant department, dealing with delegated (Investment Manager, Fund Administrator and Custody) and liaising with institutional clients.

• Risk monitoring of the exposure to market, credit, liquidity, counterparty, operational and sustainability risk for both traditional and alternative portfolios.• Design and development of risk measures and risk management tools and in the set-up of required risk and regulatory reports.• Implementing and maintaining appropriate and documented risk management policy and procedures.• Producing regular reports to be provided to the Board of Directors, to the Senior Management of the Manco, to the CSSF.• Responsible for the Investment Compliance process set-up, the monitor of investment limits, the analysis of active and passive breaches and the related corrective actions.• Member of Investment Committee and Operational Due Diligence Committee.

• Assessing the exposure to market, credit, liquidity, counterparty, operational and sustainability risk to identify the risk profile of the fund.• Adopting adequate and effective arrangements, processes, and techniques in order to measure and manage the risks which the UCIs are or might be exposed to.• Monitoring financial market and Fund performances and assisting the Conduction Officer and PRMF in the manager selection process.• Implementing and maintaining appropriate and documented risk management policy and procedures.• Producing regular reports to be provided to the Board of Directors and to the Senior Management of the Manco.• Assessing and contributing to the effectiveness of asset valuation systems and procedures.• Assisting the Conducting Officer and Risk Management Function in the oversight of the activities of delegated and service providers
