There are two sides to the business, the largest of which is to represent and distribute Keune Haircosmetics throughout the UK (A manufacturer of haircare products, Colour, Chemical formulas and Styling products originating from Holland). The other part of the PH Group consists of a seperate department which markets, educates & supports the sales and installation of Millennium Software products & services. This is a suite of software products designed for the modern day salon, med-spa, beauty salon

On the promise that I would get rid of junked car and go out and buy something that had a fighting chance of making it around the sales territory - I got my start in sales! Didn't get an employed position because the company was so small then but I was self-employed and earning based solely on what I sold. I wasn't that great to be honest....at least not right away. I couldn't even seem to get basic Maths together so I remember a few Salons getting some pretty hot deals and discounts that the boss (My Dad) politely pointed out were losing the company money! I did eventually get my act together though and I went on to actively cover the Cornwall and outer regions of Plymouth area for over 7 years. It was an amazing time and I have developed some of the best friendships I have with people that started back then as customers.I even eventually earned an employed position and started to get into more strategic work helping the company to prepare for growth and a stronger financial position.
